At Miami Golf Car LLC, we pride ourselves on customer satisfaction. Therefore, our Certified Refurbished Process is performed on all of our used golf carts to make them appear and run like new. The following includes details of the program that our trained technicians perform on each golf cart and repair if not up to standard:
Reconditioning process
- Inspect Frame for Damage or Defects
- Inspect Main Wiring Harness Integrity
- Connect IQDM Computer to Controller and Check for Faults
- Install Speed Setting 4 (where applicable)
- Gas powered carts – change oil, and oil and air filters, fuel filter and spark plug.
- Inspect Steering Actuator and Tie Rod Ends
- Inspect All Body Trim; Including Front Fascia, Side Skirts, Brow, Under Body and Replace or Repaint as Necessary
- Electric carts – Install new top-of-the-line US Battery Brute Force Batteries (unless stated otherwise) and Upgrade Battery Cables , Apply Battery Coat Spray on Battery Terminals
- Inspect Battery Hold Down/Tray
- Lube Front Axle with Grease, where Applicable
- Refill gear oil in rear differential
- Check Front and Rear Bushings (Leaf Spring and Front Suspension)
- Check Wheel Bearings and Hubs
- Check, Adjust, and Clean Brakes
- Check and Adjust Front End Alignment
- Acid Wash Entire Aluminum Frame
- Install All Aftermarket Parts Selected by Customer
- Check and Adjust Aftermarket Tire Pressure
- Check All Fittings and Attachments for Proper Tightness
- Test Drive and Check All Functions
- Perform Final Computer and Controller Diagnostics
